In its inaugural year we received a very high quality of entries making the final decision a hard one!
The winner od the Fiction award went to Easterine Kire for her wonderful novel “ When the River Sleeps” and the non-fiction award went to Kethoser Kevichusa for his work “ Forgiveness and Politics : A Critical Appraisal “

The awards were presented on April 9th in Kohima in the presence of Mr Niephiu Rio, the Chief Minister of Nagaland. Mr Rio also presented the award to Kethoser Kevichusa.
The second Gordon Graham Prize for Naga literature was also launched . The closing dates for entries is June 15th 2019. The entry form can be obtained here.
